Why "Tricycle"?: The essential components of a tricycle-correspond to concepts found throughout Buddhist history. We speak of three treasures: the Buddha, dharma, sangha; of turning the wheel of dharma; and of the three great vehicles of Buddhism: Theravada, Mahayana, and Vajrayana.
