This volume is a compilation of legal opinions of the Attorney General, Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, covering the years 1962 through 1973. In the Trust Territory, Attorney General's opinions have been utilized as a non-judicial means by which all parties concerned may be apprised of the application of certain laws, regulations, or governmental action to a particular fact situation.
