This film is a story about Alkali Lake. In 1940's alcohol was introduced to the Indians who live there. Years went by the people became alcoholic (96%). A young man and his wife started thinking about it, which they finally quit and started helping the community. Several years later, they made a lot of progress, which eventually stop the people from drinking. In the changing of the society, the people started focusing more on who they are. |
